After greeting your friends and being welcomed to the class by your caring teacher, you’ll begin with some easy stretching and warming up. Next, you’ll practice your posture by marching or start learning a new dance routine.
For the little ones there are always fun games that everyone loves. Each lesson is designed to make sure that you improve a little every single week and caters to the ability level of the group.
Nicole started physie at the very early age of 1 ½ years old and has been involved ever since. Physie is a huge part of her life with her mum and sisters also involved in teaching and doing physie.
Nicole loves teaching physie as it gives her the opportunity to help others build their confidence not only in performance, but in every aspect of their lives. Physie has been an instrument in this aspect in her own life and she has passion in providing an opportunity for others to feel comfortable and accepted in a place where they can perform at their best.
Her passion of physie and empowering others has gave her the opportunity to work as part of the BJP Team in the Head Office and Associate Teachers teams from 2018-2020.
